🚚 Free Shipping (Orders Over $30)

Free shipping is available only for orders over $30 to the following regions:

  • United States (Hawaii and Alaska not included)

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe (all countries)

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

🌏 Shipping Fee for Other Locations

Customers in the rest of the world, including Hawaii and Alaska, pay a flat shipping fee of $39.99.

📦 Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–3 days

  • Delivery time: 5–12 days
    (Holiday delays are possible)

Some products ship from our USA warehouse, and others from trusted international fulfillment centers, using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and DPD.

You will receive email updates and a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

If shipping is not available to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If the address entered is incorrect, Taylor Brio LLC is not responsible for lost packages.

If the issue is on our side, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
