Order Cancellation
You can cancel any order until it has been shipped. If you need to change or cancel a paid order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Eligibility for Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The order does not arrive due to an error on our part.
  • The guaranteed delivery period of 45 days has passed, plus a 15-day claim window.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • You fail to request a refund within the eligible timeframe (15 days after the 45-day delivery period).
