Yes. The chamber surrounds the blade so removed peelings can collect inside while you work.
Do I remove the collector to empty it?
No. Hold the tool over a trash can, compost bin, sink or bowl and press the button to open the hinged chamber.
What can I peel with it?
It is intended for common produce such as potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, apples, pears and zucchini.
What happens when the chamber is full?
Stop peeling and empty it before continuing. Do not tightly pack peelings around the blade.
