ONE POT, TWO WAYS TO COOK

Fast under pressure. Familiar under glass.

Use the locking pressure lid for pressure-cooking recipes. After the cooker has completely depressurized, switch to the included glass lid and use it like regular stovetop cookware.

  • Pressure cook soups, stews, rice, beans, vegetables and meats
  • Simmer, sauté, reheat, reduce sauces and finish dishes
  • See the food while it cooks under the transparent glass lid
  • Serve from the same beautifully compact pot

ADJUSTABLE PRESSURE, CLEARER CONTROL

From 0 to 120 kPa

The selector gives you more control than a single fixed setting. Use the manufacturer's operating sequence and only enough heat to maintain pressure.

02Use medium heatUntil the red valve rises
03Reduce to lowOnce pressure builds

PREMIUM DETAILS YOU WILL NOTICE

Designed for daily cooking and easier care

Thoughtful construction inside and out makes measuring, cooking and cleanup feel simpler.

Rivet-free handles interior measurement marks and clear glass lid

Clean lines. Useful details.

Rivet-free welded handles leave fewer interior crevices, measurement marks help you portion at a glance, and the glass lid turns the body into an everyday pot.

Pressure cooker safety components and layered stainless steel construction

Layered where it matters.

A 304 stainless-steel cooking interior surrounds an aluminum heat-distribution core, with a durable 430 stainless-steel exterior and dedicated pressure-control components.

Adjustable pressure cooker centered over a gas burner

CORRECT HEAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

Build pressure, then turn the heat down

High heat is not the goal. Begin over medium heat, reduce to low after the red safety valve rises, and keep a gas flame entirely beneath the base.

  • Center the cooker on an appropriately sized burner
  • Never let flames climb around the exterior walls
  • Use only enough heat to maintain pressure
  • Turn off the burner and wait for complete depressurization

READ BEFORE FIRST USE

The fill line and the wait step matter

The pot's stated capacity is not the safe pressure-cooking fill level. Food and liquid count together, and the red safety valve must be completely down before opening.

2/3Maximum for ordinary foods, soups and liquids.
1/3Maximum for rice, beans, pasta and foods that expand or foam.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Know before you choose

Which size should I choose?

Choose based on the amount of food you normally prepare: 3L for approximately 1-2 people, 4L for approximately 1-4 people, and 5L for approximately 2-6 people. If you regularly prepare larger portions, choose the larger capacity rather than overfilling a smaller cooker.

Why do the available colors change by size?

Each capacity has its own color selection. 3L is offered in Red, Purple, Yellow and Orange; 4L is offered in Coral Red; and 5L is offered in Purple, Yellow and Orange.

Can I pressure cook with the glass lid?

No. Only the dedicated pressure lid is designed for pressure cooking. Use the glass lid after the cooker has completely depressurized and you want to simmer, sauté, reheat, finish or serve.

Can I fill the cooker to its stated capacity?

No. The stated capacity is the approximate total pot volume. For pressure cooking, ordinary foods and liquids must remain at or below 2/3, while rice, beans, pasta and other expanding or foaming foods must remain at or below 1/3.

How do I know when it is safe to open?

Turn off the heat and allow pressure to fall. The red safety valve must be completely down before moving the selector to the opening position. If the lid resists, do not force it—wait longer.

How should I clean and care for it?

Allow the cooker to cool completely, wash with mild dish detergent and a soft sponge, keep the pressure outlet and sealing-ring groove clean, inspect the silicone ring regularly, and dry every component before storage.
