ONE POT, TWO WAYS TO COOK
Use the locking pressure lid for pressure-cooking recipes. After the cooker has completely depressurized, switch to the included glass lid and use it like regular stovetop cookware.
ADJUSTABLE PRESSURE, CLEARER CONTROL
The selector gives you more control than a single fixed setting. Use the manufacturer's operating sequence and only enough heat to maintain pressure.
PREMIUM DETAILS YOU WILL NOTICE
Thoughtful construction inside and out makes measuring, cooking and cleanup feel simpler.
Rivet-free welded handles leave fewer interior crevices, measurement marks help you portion at a glance, and the glass lid turns the body into an everyday pot.
A 304 stainless-steel cooking interior surrounds an aluminum heat-distribution core, with a durable 430 stainless-steel exterior and dedicated pressure-control components.
CORRECT HEAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
High heat is not the goal. Begin over medium heat, reduce to low after the red safety valve rises, and keep a gas flame entirely beneath the base.
READ BEFORE FIRST USE
The pot's stated capacity is not the safe pressure-cooking fill level. Food and liquid count together, and the red safety valve must be completely down before opening.
FROM STOVE TO TABLE
Choose the capacity that fits your usual portions, prepare the meal in one versatile pot, and bring a polished splash of color to the table.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Choose based on the amount of food you normally prepare: 3L for approximately 1-2 people, 4L for approximately 1-4 people, and 5L for approximately 2-6 people. If you regularly prepare larger portions, choose the larger capacity rather than overfilling a smaller cooker.
Each capacity has its own color selection. 3L is offered in Red, Purple, Yellow and Orange; 4L is offered in Coral Red; and 5L is offered in Purple, Yellow and Orange.
No. Only the dedicated pressure lid is designed for pressure cooking. Use the glass lid after the cooker has completely depressurized and you want to simmer, sauté, reheat, finish or serve.
No. The stated capacity is the approximate total pot volume. For pressure cooking, ordinary foods and liquids must remain at or below 2/3, while rice, beans, pasta and other expanding or foaming foods must remain at or below 1/3.
Turn off the heat and allow pressure to fall. The red safety valve must be completely down before moving the selector to the opening position. If the lid resists, do not force it—wait longer.
Allow the cooker to cool completely, wash with mild dish detergent and a soft sponge, keep the pressure outlet and sealing-ring groove clean, inspect the silicone ring regularly, and dry every component before storage.
