High-pressure performance

Built for the meals that usually take longer

The pressure lid operates at up to 120 kPa, creating an efficient high-pressure cooking environment for soups, stews, meat, beans, rice, vegetables, broths and one-pot meals.

Once pressure is reached, regulate the burner according to your recipe and the supplied operating instructions.

Lock the pressure lid before heating. On gas, keep flames beneath the base.

Eight-part pressure cooker safety system

Designed around controlled pressure

Eight layers of practical protection

The system combines pressure limiting, a pressure-rise reminder, downward steam release, lid-opening protection, anti-blocking protection, pressure relief, dual locking calipers and a heat-resistant silicone seal.

Inspect the vent, valve, seal and locking mechanism before every pressure-cooking session.

Never attempt to unlock or force the lid while the cooker is pressurized.

Twist-lock lid and one-handed lid control

Simpler lid control

Set it down, twist, and lock

Instead of lining up two long handles, position the pressure lid correctly and rotate the central top control toward LOCK.

After cooking, wait until the cooker is completely depressurized before turning the control toward OPEN.

If the lid does not open easily, stop and allow more time for pressure to release.

Included glass lid for conventional stovetop cooking

Two lids, two ways to cook

Pressure cook, then simmer or serve

Use the dedicated locking lid for pressure cooking. The separate glass lid turns the vessel into a practical stovetop pot for simmering, reheating, boiling, keeping food covered or finishing a dish.

The glass lid is not for pressure cooking.

Enamel interior and exterior with compact insulated handles

Smooth enamel construction

Enamel inside and out

The smooth enamel surface provides a clean everyday cooking finish without a conventional nonstick coating. Compact insulated side handles save storage space compared with traditional long pressure-cooker handles.

Avoid sharp scraping tools, hard impact and heating the cooker empty.

One cooker, common stovetops

Gas, electric, induction and ceramic

Center the cooker over the heating area. When using gas, keep the flame underneath the base rather than letting it climb around the sides.

Compatible with gas electric induction and ceramic stovetops

Everyday meal versatility

Soups, stews, meat, vegetables and more

Choose the correct lid and cooking method for each recipe. Pressure cooking, regular simmering and reheating all have a place in one compact vessel.

Easy-clean enamel care instructions

Straightforward care

A smooth surface that wipes clean

Let the cooker cool, then wash it with warm water and dish soap using a soft sponge or cloth. For dried-on food, soak before wiping rather than scraping aggressively.

Clean food residue from the pressure-lid components, sealing ring and vent after use, then dry all parts before storage.

Central lid control and safe opening guidance

Open only when safe

Lift from the center after pressure is gone

Confirm the cooker is fully depressurized, rotate toward OPEN and lift the lid carefully. Direct any remaining steam away from your face and hands.

Never rely only on elapsed cooking time to decide that pressure is gone.
