What comes with my cooker?

One cooker body in your chosen size and finish, with its matching locking pressure lid and electronic timer/display module.

Food, serving bowls and other styling props shown in the photographs are not included.

Is this an electric cooker?

The cooking heat comes from your stovetop. The electronic module provides timer and temperature feedback; it does not control the burner. Use compatible gas, induction, electric or ceramic cooktops.

The timer is a reminder, not an automatic stove shutoff. Release all pressure before opening.

Keep the cooking time close

The countdown is right where you’re cooking.

Preparing the sides while a soup or stew cooks is easier when your timing is part of the pot. The lid’s digital control lets you program a countdown and gives an audible reminder when that time has elapsed.

The built-in temperature probe supplies feedback for the display and timer. The countdown is designed to begin at approximately 212°F (100°C), rather than the instant you turn on the burner.

A reminder you can plan around

Choose the time required by your recipe. Stay nearby and turn off or adjust the stove yourself when appropriate.

The temperature trigger is not a signal that full operating pressure has been reached. Follow your recipe and the supplied manual for when to begin timing at pressure.

A simple timing routine

Set it. Heat it. Listen for the reminder.

The timer helps you track the cooking stage while you manage the stovetop.

Choose your recipe time

Inspect and fill the cooker, secure the lid, then use the clock control to select the cooking time described in your recipe and manual.

Heat with control

The sensor monitors temperature and triggers the countdown around 212°F (100°C). Reduce the burner as directed once operating pressure is reached.

Hear the reminder

An audible alert marks the end of the programmed time. You control the heat and the pressure-release procedure.

A finished countdown does not mean the cooker is safe to open. Turn off the heat as appropriate, follow the correct release method and confirm all pressure has released before unlocking.

The 5.8 qt (5.5 L) size is shown with meal inspiration. Actual food fit depends on size and shape; respect the fill limits.

From tonight’s dinner to tomorrow’s lunch

Bring the comforting meals back to the table.

A deep chicken broth. Beans for a family meal. A pot of stew to enjoy again tomorrow. Pressure cooking is especially useful for ingredients that usually need a longer simmer.

The sealed cooking environment raises the cooking temperature above ordinary open-pot boiling. Use an appropriate pressure-cooking recipe for your food, quantity and desired result.

Cook for the way your household eats

Choose a capacity for your usual portions and the recipes you make most often. Leave the headspace required for safe pressure cooking.

Tonight’s dinner or a bigger batch?

All three sizes share an approximate 8.7 in (22 cm) pot-body diameter. More capacity comes mainly from a taller body.

304 stainless steel cooking interior shown in the pot

Interior material illustration. Normal stainless steel cooking marks can develop with use.

The surface that touches your food

Stainless steel, from soup to stew.

The cooking interior is made from 304 stainless steel, with no conventional nonstick coating specified on the food-contact surface. It suits the everyday work of soups, broths, vegetables and pressure-cooked meals.

The colored versions use a ceramic-enamel exterior finish. The cooking interior remains stainless steel, while Silver offers the classic metal appearance.

Care for it like stainless steel

Allow the cooker to cool, use mild dish soap and a soft sponge, and soak stubborn residue before cleaning.

Central lid control showing the approximate 90-degree lock and unlock motion

A straightforward turn of the lid

A central control. An approximately 90° turn.

Position the lid correctly, then rotate the central mechanism toward the lock marking. The rotary design reduces the need to line up two long traditional handles.

After cooking, use the unlock position only when the cooker has fully depressurized and the manual’s opening procedure is complete.

Follow the lock and unlock markings

Confirm the lid is fully engaged before heating. If the control resists opening, stop and check that all pressure has released.

Never force, pry or override the lid lock. Keep your face and hands clear of steam when opening.

Pressure indicator shown raised under pressure and lowered after release

A separate check before opening

The timer ends. Pressure still needs to release.

The pressure indicator and lid-opening system help you judge the cooker’s pressure state. A raised indicator means pressure remains inside—do not attempt to open it.

The lid also incorporates pressure-limiting and relief valves, an anti-blocking shield, a sealing ring and dual-sided locking. Correct filling, clean vents and careful operation remain essential.

Give the pressure system a clear path

Check the valve openings and anti-blocking shield before use and after cleaning.

Keep clear of vented steam

The downward-directed release and condensation collection area help manage the steam path. Escaping steam is still hot.

Wait for full depressurization and follow the manual’s release procedure. The timer and temperature display do not replace the pressure indicator or opening checks.

Layered cooker base illustration explaining heat distribution and cooktop compatibility

Illustration of the composite heat-distribution base. This is a stovetop cooker; the timer does not supply cooking heat.

Ready for the stove you use

A composite base for everyday heat.

The layered base is designed to receive, spread and retain stovetop heat across the cooking surface. Choose a heating zone that suits the pot, center it properly and follow the manual’s heat settings.

Gas & induction

Use a suitable induction zone. On gas, keep the flame under the base rather than up the sides.

Electric & ceramic

Use a compatible cooking zone and reduce heat as directed once pressure is established.

Good care, ready for next time

Keep the electronics dry. Keep the vents clear.

Let the cooker cool and depressurize completely before cleaning or removing components.

Remove the timer module

Take off the electronic timer/display before dishwasher cleaning. Keep it out of the dishwasher, away from full water immersion and prolonged soaking. Wipe it separately as directed.

Clean the pot gently

Use warm water, mild soap and a soft sponge. Avoid aggressive abrasive pads on finished surfaces. Only dishwasher-clean components that the supplied manual identifies as dishwasher-safe.

Check, dry and reassemble

Clean and inspect the valves, anti-blocking shield and sealing ring according to the manual. Clear food residue from the vents and dry components before storage.

Inspect the seal, lid, valves, probe and locking mechanism before each use. Stop pressure-cooking use if an important part is damaged, worn or incorrectly seated. Use compatible replacement parts.

Before your first meal

A few answers, without the guesswork.

The details that help you choose the right size and use it with care.

Does the timer turn off the stove?

No. It gives an audible reminder when the programmed time ends. You must control or turn off the burner yourself. Do not treat the timer as an automatic cooking, cooling or pressure-release system.

When does the countdown begin?

The temperature-sensing design is intended to start the countdown at approximately 212°F (100°C). That temperature alone is not confirmation of full operating pressure. Follow the supplied manual and your pressure-cooking recipe for timing and heat control.

Can I open it when the timer sounds?

Only after all internal pressure has released and the manual’s opening procedure is complete. A timer alert does not mean the cooker is depressurized. Never force the lid or rotary control.

Which size should I choose?

Choose 4.8 qt (4.5 L) for smaller everyday portions, 5.8 qt (5.5 L) for extra family-meal depth, or 7.4 qt (7 L) for larger batches. All share an approximate 8.7 in (22 cm) body diameter. Total pot capacity is greater than the safe pressure-cooking fill volume.

Are all sizes available in every finish?

Yes. This offer has Yellow, Red, White and Silver options in all three capacities. The price depends on size; finishes share the same price within that size.

Does it work on induction?

Yes, on compatible induction cooktops. It is also designed for compatible gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Center it on a suitable heating zone and keep gas flames under the base.

Is the cooking interior nonstick?

The food-contact surface is 304 stainless steel. No conventional nonstick coating is specified on the interior. The ceramic-enamel finish on colored versions is on the exterior.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

Remove the electronic timer/display module first and keep it out of the dishwasher and away from immersion. Dishwasher-clean only components identified as suitable in the supplied manual. If you are uncertain about a lid part, hand-wash it as directed and inspect the pressure system carefully.

What is included?

One pressure cooker in your selected size and finish, with its matching locking lid and timer/display module. Food, serving bowls and other styling props are not included.

What should I know about shipping and returns?

Free shipping over $30 applies to eligible destinations; checkout confirms charges and import fees may apply. See Shipping & Delivery.

The current Return Policy allows unused change-of-mind returns requested within 14 days of delivery, with customer-paid return shipping. For a damaged, defective or incorrect arrival, contact support promptly for instructions and a replacement or full refund.

Can I ask for help before ordering?

Yes. Visit Contact support or email contact@taylorbrio.shop with your question.
