One press, plenty of personality

Six stamps. A tray that feels like yours.

Choose soft petals, a rose-like swirl or another floral impression from the six included stamps. Mix the designs across a batch or keep one pattern for a coordinated tray.

The inserts are interchangeable, so you can change the finish while keeping the same hand press.

One press is included

A simple rhythm to learn

Choose. Press. Reveal.

Begin with a small amount of dough while you learn the feel of the press.

Fit your chosen stamp

Position the stamp with its pattern facing outward. Align the tabs with the slots and turn the handle as directed to secure it. Check it is seated before adding dough.

Load & press evenly

Prepare a portion that fits the mold. Put it inside, set the mold on a clean, flat work surface and apply steady hand pressure.

Release & continue

Use the spring-loaded handle to release the shaped cake. Continue with the cooking, baking or chilling steps required by your recipe.

Use a recipe suited to shaping. Very sticky, very soft or overly dry dough can affect release and detail. Adjust the dough and dust lightly only as your recipe directs.

Decorated floral mooncakes with 50 gram mold and 4.5 centimeter stamp size guide

Supplied size guide. Measurements are approximate; the 50 g marking is a nominal mold size, not a guaranteed finished weight.

Useful sizing, clearly explained

A little size with room for lovely detail.

The mold is labeled for a nominal 50 g (approximately 1.76 oz) cake size, with stamp faces measuring about 1.77 in (4.5 cm) across.

Use those measurements as a starting point when choosing a recipe and portion size. The actual dough and filling needed will vary.

Try one before shaping the batch

Make a small test cake, check the release and pattern, then adjust your portion or dough consistency.

Mooncake press held in two hands showing the manual spring-loaded handle

Manual press shown in hand. The mold shapes food; it does not bake or cook it.

The detail is in your hands

A familiar press, at your own pace.

The broad top and spring-loaded shaft let you work the press manually on your countertop. No motor, charging or battery setup is needed.

The supplied material information identifies ABS plastic and stainless steel. Keep the press for shaping food and wash it before first use.

Steady pressure helps the pattern show

Use the press on a clean, level surface rather than trying to force an oversized portion into the mold.

Ready for the next baking afternoon

Wash gently. Dry well. Keep the stamps together.

A little care helps keep dough out of the patterned surfaces and moving parts.

Separate for cleaning

Remove the stamp after use. Rinse away dough before it dries into the pattern.

Hand-wash gently

Use warm water, mild dish soap and a soft brush or sponge. Avoid abrasive pads and forcing the spring mechanism.

Dry before storage

Dry the press and stamps thoroughly. Store the six inserts together so your next design is easy to find.

Before your first batch

A few helpful answers.

Simple details for choosing and using your press.

Are all six stamps included?

Yes. Each order includes one manual press and six interchangeable floral stamp inserts. Finished mooncakes, dough and serving accessories are not included.

Do I need electricity or batteries?

No. The spring-loaded handle is operated by hand. Use steady pressure with the mold resting on a clean, flat work surface.

What does the 50 g label mean?

It is the nominal mold size, equivalent to approximately 1.76 oz. Actual cake weight and the amount of dough and filling depend on the recipe. Try a small test portion first.

Can I use it for other treats?

The press can shape mooncakes and other suitable prepared doughs or fondant-style decorations that hold an impression. Suitability depends on the recipe and consistency. It shapes food only; complete any required cooking or chilling separately.

How do I change the stamp?

Remove the current insert, position the new stamp with the pattern facing outward, align its tabs with the mold slots and turn the handle as directed to lock it in place. Check the insert is secure before pressing.

How do I get a clearer pattern?

Use dough that holds its shape without being excessively sticky, dry or soft. Choose a portion that fits, press evenly, and lightly dust the mold only if your recipe calls for it. Practice with one piece before making a full batch.

Is the mold silicone?

The supplied product information identifies ABS plastic and stainless steel. The press and stamp inserts are rigid parts.

Can it go in the dishwasher or oven?

Oven, microwave and dishwasher suitability have not been established. Use the tool only for shaping and hand-wash it with mild soap. Dry all parts before storing.
