Is the bowl genuinely nonstick?

No synthetic nonstick coating is used. The mirror-polished surface is smoother than a brushed finish and is easier to clean, but very sticky mixtures can still cling to stainless steel.

Does every bowl include a lid?

Yes. Every size includes one correctly sized vented glass lid.

Can I use it on a stove?

Use it on induction only, at low to medium heat, on a suitably sized zone. The bowl and lid become hot, so use protective mitts.

Is the lid airtight?

No. It is a resting glass lid for covering, resting dough and controlled induction heating. It is not airtight or leakproof.

Can the bowls nest?

Yes. The five bowl sizes can nest when the glass lids are removed.
